What You'll Do:

• Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

• Prepare data-driven sales reports and forecasts.
• Achieve sales targets and meet key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Streamline sales processes to ensure efficient handling of client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless service.
• Support additional projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in the travel insurance, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and quick to adapt to new challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
• A professional, solutions-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
