Job Description
The Investor Relations Executive at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia, Tbk will be responsible for carrying out investor relations activities, such as maintaining relationships with existing and prospective investors, including but not limited to building relationships across the firm with key external parties. This position requires developing a deep understanding of the company's financial performance and the capital markets. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the corporate communications team to develop and distribute publication materials, including but not limited to press releases, presentations, and other external communications
- Monitor and analyze capital market trends, summarize reports, and conduct relevant financial analyses
- Coordinate with the accounting, internal audit, and other divisions to facilitate the preparation of financial statements and, when necessary, create financial models
- Lead efforts in the preparation of annual reports by engaging with various internal teams
- Organize and manage investor-focused events such as conferences, investor visits, meetings, analyst briefings, and public expose
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment communities, including brokers, financial institutions, and fund managers
- Monitor sustainability-related issues and support the communication of these matters to relevant stakeholders
- Provide assistance in preparing detailed shareholder analyses and reports
- Represent the company to external parties by exhibiting strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to build and maintain relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from a finance/economics-related major
- Maximum age for selection: 32 years old
- More than 2 years of working experience as an investor relation, preferably working in a public company
- English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate is valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 600, TOEFL ITP 478, or IELTS: 5
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Proficiency in creating and delivering professional presentations
- Solid understanding of financial principles (accounting knowledge is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and an ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication, proactivity, discipline, and interpersonal skills
- High initiative and self-motivation
- Good understanding of capital market issues
