Collaborated with cross-functional Agile Scrum teams to gather and analyze business requirements for IT projects
Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team followed Agile principles and delivered high-quality software.
Worked closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborated with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, providing input on effort estimation and assisting in creating sprint commitments.
Perform testing activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high software quality (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing)
Conducted SIT and UAT to validate that developed features met the acceptance criteria and aligned with business requirements.
Utilized Agile project management tools (Click Up and Spira), to manage the product backlog, track user stories, create BRD and Test Case, and monitor project progress.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking or insurance industry
A solid understanding of the business processes and workflows in the insurance and banking industry
Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and testing in a software development environment
Ability to analyze complex business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and create clear and concise documentatio
