Job Description
- Establish and maintain relationship with banks or creditors
- Monitor and prepare data regarding facility renewal and new bilaterally borrowed facility
- Responsible for preparing data, documents, and participate in the publication process of bond certificates
- Responsible for preparing data, preparing documents, and participating in the publication for syndication facility
- Preparing Closing Ceremony Event for syndication
- Examine and analyze financial and non-financial data
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, for internal and external reports
- Prepare press release regarding corporate actions
- Prepare presentation material for BOD and BOC
- Prepare data and documents for external auditors
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, Investor Relation, or Banking Relation in a Banks or Financing Companies
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Fluent in English (both written and oral)
- Have great analytical skills
- Able to prepare well constructed presentation materials
