Livestream Coordinator  

• Plan, schedule, and execute live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery
• Manage the live stream team to develop engaging live content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target market, support the live stream team's growth, including but not limited to optimizing the host’s scripts, and training/maintaining the host to achieve good overall livestream performance
• Collaborate with content and marketing team to develop and implement live stream room operation strategies to enhance live streaming effectiveness and sales performance
• Propose and implement strategies to boost viewer engagement and drive sales through live-streaming
• Track and analyze live streaming metrics, including viewership, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize future stream
• Stay updated with the latest TikTok and Shopee video trends and live streaming practices to incorporate into future strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Media, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in broadcasting or live streaming, with a strong preference for TikTok and Shopee platforms.

Proficiency in operating live streaming equipment and software, including OBS, lighting, and other relevant tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making.

In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Shopee platform rules, algorithms, and best practices.

Proven ability to generate innovative and engaging live stream concepts.

Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
