• Design, implement, and maintain Oracle database systems to support business operations.
• Perform database installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures.
• Backup and recovery planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application development and deployment.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to database configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle database technologies and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in database administration or related field.
* Strong understanding of database concepts, including SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
* Experience with Oracle database administration and the architecture such as Oracle RAC, GoldenGate, Active Data Guard.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to lead and manage complex projects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
