- Mengumpulkan data end to end proses di operasional
- Mengolah dan menyajikan all data operasional menjadi data representatif menggunakan power BI (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)
- Memberikan rekomendasi atas naik dan turunnya performansi operasional
- Menganalisa proses kerja operasional dan rekomendasi perbaikan secara berkala
- Melakukan koordinasi dan komunikasi lintas department yang berhubungan dengan tim operasional
- Melakukan identifikasi atas proses kerja yang tidak semestinya atau yang tidak sesuai SOP
- Melakukan analisa produktifitas dan KPI manajemen
- Memahami bisnis proses operasional secara menyeluruh
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman di operasional minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan alur proses operasional warehouse
- Mampu melakukan pembuatan laporan melalui power BI
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik dan memahami alur data analisis
- Mampu bekerja sama secara individu maupun tim
- Berpengalaman di industri Logistic/Express menjadi nilai tambah
