• Plan, coordinate, and execute MICE events from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Oversee contracts and agreements with venues and suppliers.
• Monitor expenses and handle invoicing and financial reconciliation.
• Lead and coordinate a team of event staff and volunteers.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the MICE sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
