- Psychometric Assessments
- Administer, score, and interpret psychometric tests for recruitment, promotion, and other HR needs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the immediate supervisor based on test results.
- HR Tasks & Functions
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including crafting job descriptions and evaluating candidates.
- Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Training & Facilitation
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs on various topics, including soft skills, leadership, and organizational policies.
- Serve as a resource speaker or trainer for internal and external sessions.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze HR-related data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on employee assessments, training feedback, and other HR metrics.
- Administrative & Communication Tasks
- Draft professional correspondence, including letters, memos, and notices.
- Create structured and comprehensive reports for internal and external use.
- Other Tasks
- Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in psychometrics and HR management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in an Industrial/Organizational setting or Human Resource Management (required).
- Experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage.
- Licensed Psychometrician with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Strong foundation in statistics, research, and psychology concepts.
- Experience in Psychometrics/Administering Tests, Test Development, Validation and data analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, or SAS).
- Competency in data visualization techniques.
- Ability to identify and address potential issues in data sets and analysis processes.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present findings.
- Experience in training facilitation or public speaking is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
