- Planning and Development:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR programs related to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Conduct research and analysis on trends to improve organizational structures and staff competencies.
- Oversee preparation and updating of the division’s operational plans.
- Policy Development:
- Formulate and recommend policies on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure alignment of policies with government regulations and organizational goals.
- Supervision and Management:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of staff within the division.
- Assign tasks and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor key HR performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to HR planning and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Training

About Quezon City Local Government
Quezon City is a vast and teeming city with a steadily increasing income and occupation of one-third of Metro Manila’s total land area.
