Inventory & Supply Assistant I Contract of Service  

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock quantities are sufficient for business needs.
• Perform regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
• Update inventory records and databases to reflect accurate stock levels and movements.

Supply Handling:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and deliveries.
• Properly store and organize supplies in designated storage areas.
• Handle and transport supplies to various departments as needed.

Stock Movement:

• Track and manage the movement of inventory within the warehouse and between different locations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Generate regular inventory reports for management review.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory and supplies.

Collaboration and Support:

• Provide support in resolving inventory-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Performed other functions as directed

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Essential experience or understanding in stock arrangement and inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Always alert, quick to respond, and capable of working with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor..
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule as needed.
• Physically fit to perform inventory-related tasks such as lifting and moving supplies.
