BDMC Senior Coordinator (Business Development, Marketing and Communications)  

1. Digital Platforms Management

1.1 Supports the Business Development Marketing and PEP in maintaining and updating all digital platforms.

A. External sites: Quisumbing Torres, BakerMcKenzie Philippines website, Lexology

B. Internal sites/platforms: BakerWorld, BakerCI, BakerExchange, Zoom

2.1 Assists in increasing engagement with the firm by collaborating with the BD Manager and practice, industry and client solutions leads to develop and advise on digital content that provides value to target audiences.

3.1 Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience

2. Social Media Management

2.1 Assist in the development (including content writing) and execution of social media strategy.

2.2 Channel manager for Amplify

2.3 Continue and strengthen LinkedIn; consider setting up FB and WhatsApp accounts.

3. Communications, Marketing, and Digital Media Administration

3.1. Assist in the implementation of all integrated marketing and communications initiatives (ie events and publications, logistics, etc.)

3.2 Prepare initial analysis of the impact of major digital/social media campaigns working closely with the Business Development Manager and adopting new approaches based on these insights.

• Degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related communications field
• Experience managing multichannel B2B content creation and distribution with proven success
• Experience as either content strategist/manager or content editor for websites and social media
• Proven ability to work on creative side of marketing and communications to develop ideas and creative briefs for imagery and video
• In-depth knowledge and operational experience of social media platforms, their audiences (LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and relevance of each
• Excellent writing and language skills
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format
• A team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide colleagues when necessary on best practices and Firm standards
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
• A working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Analytics
