Job Description
- Create and implement effective business growth strategies for corporate training services.
- Consultative approach to build strong client relationships with decision makers to understand their training needs, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Generate new leads (B2B), screen potential business opportunities, negotiate contracts to meet client training requirements, and win the deals.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Training team for smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide reports to management.
- Research market trends & develop a professional network within the corporate training sector to stay updated on industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years proven experience in business development / AM within corporate training or professional development.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Zoho, Excel, and other relevant tools for providing insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Leadership experience for mentoring junior staff.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
