Creative Associate for Print Media  

As Remedy’s Creative Associate/Graphic Designer specializing in print media, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various print materials that represent our brand. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brand collaterals, ensuring that our marketing materials, both within and outside the clinic, stand out and resonate with our target audience. You will report directly to the Creative Lead.

• Create compelling designs and layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, business cards, appointment cards, and other print materials.
• Ensure all print designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Prepare and proof files for printing, ensuring high-quality output and accurate color representation.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
• Work closely with the marketing team, clinic operations team, procurement, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and printing technologies to continuously improve the quality of our print materials.
• Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
• Assist digital team as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with focus on print media.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Knowledge of pre-press processes and print production.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Flexibility to work on digital design tasks as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
