Key Performance Objectives:

1. Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and place candidates for various remote-based roles from global clients in need of a variety of roles for different industries.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

2. Process Optimization

• Ensure timely delivery of candidates and reduce time to hire through the implementation of efficient recruitment processes.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment practices.

3. Talent Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates for critical roles.
• Foster relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with clients and their hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert recruitment support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on remote staffing or a similar field.
• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and placement using Performance-Based Hiring principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies.
