Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Develop Training Programs: identify, design, & develop training program for sellers
2. Deliver Training Session
3. Support Seller Onboarding: Collaborate with the Seller Support team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new sellers, & conduct orientation sessions to familiarize sellers with the platform's interface, tools, and resources
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within a marketplace environment.
- Strong knowledge of the marketplace platform, including its features, policies, and seller tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in an e-commerce or technology-related field.
- Proficiency in using training authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia software is a plus.
