Job Description
- To provide insight through various types of analysis of large sets of crossplatform data, driving data-informed decision making across the Data Loyalty Company
- Provide analytical support for multiple advanced analytics projects; establish work plans and timelines; coordinate with internal and external sources
- Proactively engage with customers to assess existing and upcoming business needs and maintain regular communication to update customers on progress made on projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering and other related courses
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in insighting and embedding analytical results into the decision making process.
- With people management/handling experience.
- Strong capability to apply marketing analytics, customer insight and marketing data to business and marketing strategies.
- Knowledgeable in MS SQL, CRM tools, Big Data technologies and Power BI
