Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for:
- New Product/Service Development
- Pilot Testing, Production, and Quality Control
- Marketing & Sales Integration
- Data & Document Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science/Engineering
- A Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred
- With technical knowledge and understanding of road construction chemicals and processes particularly in Concrete based products
- Knowledgeable in performing & analyzing market studies
- At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in new product development/business administration and expertise in setting up end-to-end manufacturing processes.
- Innovation / Business Incubation experience is required
- Knows how to drive (has driver's license)
- Has the willingness to do fieldwork
