Account Manager  

Understand our client's business goals and develop effective solutions in collaboration with RR’s other business units.

Meet client requests and identify crucial opportunities for client growth.

Build, maintain, and foster long-term relationships with our key clients.

Create account project briefs, including timelines, and communicate client demands to the creative, talent, and events team.

Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s requests.

Advocates as the client’s representative in RR to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.

Delegate specific tasks to individual team members; monitor the progress of each account in liaison with an assigned project manager, respectively.

Manage multiple projects throughout their life cycles and provide clients with detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

Deliver our creative projects on time and within the specified budget.

Creates cost estimates swiftly in coordination with other managers and Division Heads.

Champion end-to-end projects cycle and sales funnel from lead generation to lead retention and development.

Upsell and cross-sell RR’s products to both existing and new clients

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferably minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience

Comprehensive and/or working knowledge in all the key functional areas of the Sales Department; in particular Account Management, Sales Forecasting and Planning, Lead Generation, Receivables Management, Relationship Building and Budgeting.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills.

With proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

With knowledge and experience in creative media, events production, KOL products is a plus.

Skilled and creative negotiator.

Has firm integrity and consistently avoids unethical practices

Self-starter and assertive attention to detail.

Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledgeable in using Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom is an advantage.

Knows how to speak and understand Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to report onsite at our Stronghold office in Xavierville, Quezon City
