Job Description
The Card Releasing Officer shall be responsible of ensuring that Statement of Account (SOA) and Cash Advance Pin are generated, accounted, and delivered. Provide support on the production and service delivery of SOA and CA PIN. Handles requests and complaints through email and CRM. Contributes to continuous improvement and pro-actively support knowledge sharing within the group.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business studies/administration/management, Commerce, Marketing.

With 1 - 4 Years of experience.

Knowledgeable in the credit card process.

Good communication, decision-making, and analytical skills

Able to work with minimal supervision; keen to details.
