Remote Senior Industrial Designer  

We are currently seeking a highly imaginative and skilled Remote Senior Industrial Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing their artistic abilities to design innovative products for the smartphongraphy market.

As a senior R&D (Research and Development) industrial designer you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet the needs and expectations of a company's customers.

This role requires a broad range of skills and experience, as well as the ability to lead and manage design projects indepentantly, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and oversee the product development process from ideation to commercialization.

The key responsibilities of a senior R&D industrial designer include:

1. Leading the design and development of new products, and concepts that meet customer needs and business goals.
2. Conducting user research, market analysis, and trend analysis to inform product design decisions.
3. Developing concepts and design proposals, creating sketches, renderings, and prototypes to test and refine designs.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketing, and product managers to ensure design objectives are met and to resolve any issues that arise during the development process.
5. Mentoring junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of design work.
6. Overseeing the product development process, including design, testing, and validation, to ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
7. Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial design and product development.

• Proven experience as an industrial designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Proficient in Solidworks, Adobe Creative Suite and keyshot
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Strong capabilities and knowledge of manufacturing and engeneering
• Bonus: Grasshopper Or Arduino
