Job Description
- Identify the problems of the customers quickly and precisely
- Give clear and concise instructions and must have good customer service orientation
- Provide excellent customer service solutions
- Provide clear inbound communication through telephone conversation
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holders are preferred but not required
- Must have attended/completed at least 2nd year College from any course or 2 years of a Vocational Program
- Must be fluent in written and oral Thai & English
- Computer proficient and internet-savvy
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on graveyard, shifting schedules, and holidays
- Willing to work in Ortigas
