Job Description

  • Handles QSR lessors and tenants queries and concerns including markets of leasable space
  • Communicate policies and guidelines with tenants and upcoming new updates
  • Monitor tenants account receivables and issuance of collection notice and payments in coordination with Accounting
  • Schedule routine inspections and ensure completeness of tenants government permits
  • Responsible for contracts monitoring and renewals
  • Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner
  • Updating QSR/tenants profile and database
  • In close coordination with store admin on store operations including move-in/move-outs, repairs, and maintenance concerns
  • Ability to work long hours, irregular hours, a varied schedule including weekends when the need arises
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least a 4-year business-related degree holder
  • Must have good business correspondence, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Must have leasing background particularly on documentation (1-2 years experience)
  • Must have excellent communication skills, has great attention to details, willing to learn, and open to do administrative work
  • Must be amenable to work in Libis, Quezon City
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
