Job Description
- Handles QSR lessors and tenants queries and concerns including markets of leasable space
- Communicate policies and guidelines with tenants and upcoming new updates
- Monitor tenants account receivables and issuance of collection notice and payments in coordination with Accounting
- Schedule routine inspections and ensure completeness of tenants government permits
- Responsible for contracts monitoring and renewals
- Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner
- Updating QSR/tenants profile and database
- In close coordination with store admin on store operations including move-in/move-outs, repairs, and maintenance concerns
- Ability to work long hours, irregular hours, a varied schedule including weekends when the need arises
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least a 4-year business-related degree holder
- Must have good business correspondence, trustworthy, and reliable
- Must have leasing background particularly on documentation (1-2 years experience)
- Must have excellent communication skills, has great attention to details, willing to learn, and open to do administrative work
- Must be amenable to work in Libis, Quezon City
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
