Job Description
Overview:
The Production Manager's role is to oversee the production process and to ensure that products produced in a timely manner & are produced within quality guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures production is aligned with the daily production plan
- Works with department heads to uphold and implement policies & goals
- Ensures health & safety guidelines are followed
- Supervises and motivates a team of workers
- Reports any possible tampering to immediate superior
- Reports food safety issues to higher management
- Foresees potential issues
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's College/Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Food Technology, Business Studies/Administrations/Management, Commerce, or equivalent
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in related fields.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
