Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Job Description:
As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the vision and goals of the company and brand you are assigned, collaborating with your supervisor for approval and support. In this role, you will lead the charge in crafting innovative marketing approaches tailored to the unique needs of the company, driving measurable results and fostering long-term success.
Term: Full-time | permanent | immediate
Schedule: 8am - 5pm EST Monday - Friday preferred with some flexibility
Pay: $10/hour
Requirements:
Experience: 2 Years experience in Business Development - Marketing Strategists - Sales role.
Culture: Participate in our weekly company devotions/meeting 11am - 12pm EST each Monday. Participate in weekly team meetings.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to marketing strategy development, with a focus on innovation, differentiation, and long-term growth.
Creativity: Generate fresh ideas and creative solutions to address client challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Effective Communication: Communicate complex concepts and strategies effectively to clients and internal stakeholders, fostering understanding, alignment, and buy-in.
Analytical Aptitude: Leverage data analysis and interpretation skills to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Client Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication, attentive listening, and a commitment to delivering exceptional value.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Take ownership of crafting comprehensive master marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives, leveraging your expertise in web development, SEO, paid ads, organic strategies, email marketing , SMS marketing, etc.
End-to-End Client Journey Process: Design and optimize End-to-End Client Journey to ensure seamless customer journeys, from initial engagement to conversion and beyond, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and driving revenue growth.
Process Innovation: Lead the development of internal processes and workflows to streamline strategy execution, enhance collaboration among team members, and drive operational efficiency.
Master Marketing Plan: Conduct in-depth audits of client marketing efforts, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations in clear, accessible language, empowering clients to make informed decisions that align with their business objectives.
By taking the lead in strategy development and execution, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of the company you serve, positioning the company for sustained success in the competitive marketplace.
