Job Description

  • Create strategies to identify trends, fluctuations in business objectives and partner relationships through actionable reports to achieve:
  • 80% partners sold and delivered PS engagements globally
  • > 90% opportunities with an established criteria to be flagged and notified to Services teams on time
  • > 95% accuracy in SFDC Partner and PS deployed opportunities
  • Training credits tracking and backlog process
  • Maintain and update information relevant for post-sales partner driven programs such as ATP,
  • PLS and Specialized Services partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with sales teams and partner teams.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to effectively generate information about partners’ services and solutions
  • Track PLS partners performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas of improvement and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partners’ progress and achievements
  • Become a single point of contact for the Services team related to information accuracy and data projections
  • Escalate internally to ensure accurate information is provided by the Sales and Channel teams
  • Ensure end of project documentation is shared with the customer and the organization
  • Keep a close alignment with the Channel team to inform them on the progress made
  • Assist in the development of internal processes to enhance partner programs
  • Work with the larger CSG team to ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Work with the Partner Success team to address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical background in cloud or security technologies
  • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to work with volumes of data
  • Experience in analysis and dashboards preferred.
  • Experience working within deadlines and handovers within projects’ life cycle.
  • SFDC experience preferred
  • Customer-centric and proactive team player that possesses an empathy to drive customer loyalty and adoption across the cyberspace
  • Ability to manage influence through building consensus while engaging with security programs across multiple business lines/models
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • English fluency
  • Team Player – able to work well with all functional groups within the organization
