Senior PHP Web Developer | Remote  

• Responsible for the coding, designing, building and maintaining of PHP and Wordpress based web portals.
• Work on integrations of backend databases and REST APIs.
• Add eCommerce and community functions.
• Writing clean and testable code to produce fully functional programs.
• Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments.
• Ensures that the best practices are maintained in all development.
• Collaborates with the international team to identify system requirements.

Background
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
• Atleast 5-7 years of extensive experience in data service website development
• Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software is preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience in working with international/intercultural teams

Technical/Functional Skills
• Developer experience and in-depth knowledge with PHP programming language and Wordpress
• Solid experience and strong knowledge with MySQL
• Experience working with LAMP Stack technology
• With website architectural design experience specifically in ecommerce website development
• Experience with WordPress Integration
• Experience in REST API integration

Soft Skills
• Can converse in Business English (oral and written)
• Planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize work
