Accountabilities & Responsibilities
What you’ll tackle:
- Providing operational support with data imports & exports and extraction of key data pieces from various platforms for the purpose of unified report generation.
- Building reports and dashboards across key reporting platforms.
- Supporting the maintenance of data integrity through regular data hygiene reviews and data cleansing tools.
- Supporting workflow processes related to requests for data, trends, and insights.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis where required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A passion for numbers, analytics, and structured ways of getting things done.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.
- Experience with data visualization and building dashboards and custom reports.
- Consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
- Able to operate independently while picking new tools and translating client requests.
- Clear articulation of your thought-process and interpretation of data
- Amenable to work twice a week onsite (Hybrid Setup)
What will help:
- Familiarity with database systems, such as SQL, Salesforce, etc.
- Exposure to marketing platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
- Exposure to BI Tools, such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing (B2B preferred, but B2C applies)
