The Business Intelligence Officer helps our technical and creative teams understand audience behavior by generating an analyzing traffic and engagement reports for our various content distribution platforms.

As a Business Intelligence Officer, you will:

Collect, clean and collate data from divers platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and others, to create integrated views to inform decision making

Analyze data to understand the factors affecting these channels and give recommendations on how to improve performance

Create client-ready reports and presentations with an executive summary and objectives, methodology, findings, results and recommendations

Conduct and monitor experiments to validate hypotheses

Develop a workflow for the creative and technical teams to encode, process, and store data in our data warehouse and user dashboards

• Expertise in Excel
• In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms
• Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape
• A high sense of quality, standards, and detail-orientation
• A systematic, process-oriented mindset
• The ability to learn and assess new platforms and tools for integration in the reporting workflow
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
