Job Description
- Handle inbound technical support concerns.
- Respond to queries regarding office equipment (scanners, printers, etc) installation, subscription, issues and connectivity concerns, etc.
- Provide excellent products and services using available tools and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills
- No experience needed
- Willing to work in a BPO company and start ASAP
- MIDSHIFT
- Weekends off!
- Willing to work in Quezon City
