Job Description
- Responds to inbound technical support concerns.
- Handles concerns regarding hardware and software, and electronics, gadgets, etc.
- Provides consistent and excellent service to customers using available tools and resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- No work experience needed but must have above average to excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work in a BPO company.
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Willing to work in Makati City.
- Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days.
- Willing to work on a dayshift schedule.
