Job Description
- A Customer Service Representative (CSR) assists customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Providing product or service information.
- They ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, often via phone, email, or chat.
Minimum Qualifications
• 6 months of customer service experience (CSR/TSR preferred) is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite and in shifting schedules
• At least second year in College or 2 year Vocational course is accepted
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications
