Accounting Supervisor - CPA (50k + Allowances)  

Job Responsibilities:

• Generates monthly and annual financial statement reports.
• Prepares pay slips and compute bi-monthly payroll.
• Computes and file4s monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes through the EFPS (Electronic Filing and Payment System).
• Coordinates with the BIR on the tax audit and VAT refund.
• Collaborates with an external auditor on transfer pricing and the yearly statutory audit.
• Supervise the Accounting and Finance Team in their day-to-day tasks.
• Manages the day-to-day finances of the company.
• Forecasting and budgeting.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Capable to manage all the accounting and finance items of the company.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - PRC License
• At least 2-3 years of related experience
• Preferably with experience as manager or assistant manager of the accounting department in the general construction and engineering industry.
• Experience in SAP Business (Preferred)
• Experience in QuickBooks
• Willing to work from Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule (from 7AM, 8AM, 9AM)
• Work Location: Salcedo Village, Bel-air City of Makati City
