Purchasing Associate  

We are looking for leaders who can carry out successful purchasing of materials, equipment, and services required to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Someone who can deliver operational requirements of different teams in a timely manner, while maintaining harmonious business relationships.

Responsibilities include the following and may contribute to other aspects of work:

• Innovates, implements, and reviews operational systems for efficient transactions

• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to understand operations and the support needed

• Can creatively source, negotiate, and analyze best prices for required materials, equipment, or services within a scheduled time and under a proposed budget

• Represents the company in maintaining harmonious business relationships with suppliers and service providers while protecting the company's best interests

• Preferably graduates of Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical), Business Management, Business Administration, Business Administration and Accountancy, Business Economics, Management Engineering, and Chemistry are likely candidates

• Must be a trustworthy leader with strong commitment to organization, accuracy, and meeting deadlines

• A critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence

• Can relate well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
