Job Description
- Assist in organizing the Parts Department to maximize the efficiency of parts personnel.
- Supervision of the maintenance of parts storage according to Toyota’s 7 Storage Techniques.
- Supervision of ordering, receiving, and shipping of parts.
- Supervision of inventory stock month.
- Assist in orienting and motivating the department team members.
- Supervision of the practice of safety and 5S in the department every time.
- Assist in promotion of parts and accessories sales.
- Monitors the sales performance of the department.
- Prepare Monthly Performance Report.
- Cooperate closely with the Service Department.
- Assist in planning and contributing to the dealer parts and service marketing programs.
- Prepares the Department’s monthly internal Skills & Proficiency examination.
- Responsible for passing the TDSP for parts and Safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Team Player;
- With knowledge on SAP;
- With extensive experience of inventory and maintenance of strorage;
- With Automotive Background;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
