Job Description
Working with the Group Chief Sustainability Officer, provides support and technical assistance in the implementation and progress monitoring of TDG’s ESG Roadmap.
- Awareness and Capacity-Building - TDG-wide communication and information campaign for ESG
- Integration and Compliance – Integration of ESG into core business processes and compliance to corporate and individual ESG reporting requirements
- Full Integration – Attainment of full ESG integration in all TDG processes, policies, business plans, and operations
- ESG Leadership – Achievement of ESG leadership milestones and recognition
- Manages the end-to-end implementation of TDG’s ESG programs and initiatives
- Engages with various stakeholders to present sustainability progress and assessments.
- Prepares ESG-related reports and materials, as well as compiles data, documents, policies, procedures, etc
- Supports the Office of the Group Chief Sustainability Officer on special projects or engagements
- Coordinates, liaises, and confers with different stakeholders (employees, customers, vendors, local agencies, etc) in accomplishing assigned work, processes or projects
- Provides timely and accurate feedback to internal and external clients/customers
- Makes recommendations on how to improve processes and procedures in relation to the scope of one’s role
- Supports the team in managing its priorities, including tracking critical initiatives and deliverables for customers.
- Continuously seeks out ways to learn, develop and improves one's skills and knowledge in order to perform effectively and adapt to changes in the workplace
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Developmental Studies, Environmental Studies or related Management courses
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in planning, management or implementation of ESG /sustainability programs, sustainability reporting
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
