Job Description
- Pre-meal preparation
- Cooks/prepares food according to standard recipes and guidelines.
- Follows SOPs for storage, production and handling stocks and other supplies.
- Follows standards of kitchen systems and processes (e.g. shelf life, dating, temp checks, and stock rotation)
- Conducts daily inventory accurately and prepares order for needed items.
- Follows the cleaning procedures and schedules
- Ensures personal hygiene, and follows sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Regular communication with the team and immediate superiors for better operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate any 4 year course
- Experience in Food Industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
