Job Description

Purpose

Conducts interviews of applicants and designates operations people to conduct preliminary interview of applicants as part of the screening procedure to ensure getting the right people for the right jobs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducts pre-screen conversations with candidates to evaluate quality and readiness to be considered as a candidate for hire and coordinating with the Hiring Manager for interview 
  • Posts open positions in all existing Job portals and search engines 
  • Participates in any Sourcing initiative internal / external to increase pipeline and generate leads of prospects and applicants  
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the Recruitment process (Hiring Database, ERP Database, Personality Assessment, Source Track) 
  • Promotes the Company image to candidates and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates, and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior 
  • Accountable for interviewing and endorsing quality candidates for different positions 
  • Ensures that candidates are treated professionally during the recruitment process 
  • Ensures compliance in executing processes within the company especially with uploading personality assessment of each applicants 
  • Must diligently deliver and meet all KPIs: Hiring Fill Rate, Cost Per Hire, Start Rate, Conversion Rate and Recruitment Yield 
  • Ensures completion of program specific assessments amongst qualified candidates endorsed 
  • Responsible for doing callouts to potential hires to check compliance with pre-employment requirements and medical 
  • Responsible for assisting with the administration of sourcing programs and tracking effectiveness of initiatives 
  • Responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role     
  • Responsible for providing administrative support and helping facilitate the recruitment process 
  • Drafts offer sheets of project-based and probationary candidates
  • Willingness to learn other HR Duties like Payroll and such 
  • Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the Lead, Manager or Head

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree or Relevant experience

Minimum Experience/Training

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Talent Acquisition preferably with interviewing experience
  • Experience in headhunting and technical recruitment is required

Competency  

  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and works well with the team 
  • Demonstrates ability to use MS Office applications: Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook 
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Demonstrates ability to interact daily with all levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, and customer service orientation  
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality 
  • Strong analytical and planning skills 
  • Good communication and presentation skills 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 

Working Conditions

  • Amenable to work in Makati (during and post pandemic)
  • Amenable to a compressed work week schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Amenable to render overtime when needed
  • Hybrid Setup
