Job Description
Purpose
- The Consulting Head handles the General Management of the Consulting Service and Rigeltech Corporation (RTC). The Consulting Head will report to the MICTS Head.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of the Consulting Sales, Business Development, Audit and Advisory, and Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing teams.
- Work with the MICTS Head to formulate the strategies, products, and service offerings of the group.
- Implement strategies that would be identified during strategic planning.
- Work with other Sales Business Units to generate more opportunities.
- Effectively manage the group’s resources and budget in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Managed the Consulting Service and RTC’s profit and loss.
- Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the MICTS Head.
Working Conditions
- Reporting to the company’s main office in Makati City on a hybrid work arrangement.
- Collaborate physically and/or virtually with internal and external stakeholders.
- May travel for face-to-face client meetings, company-sponsored conferences, and related marketing events.
- Attend training and acquire certifications that are applicable to the role.
Minimum Qualifications
A. Minimum Education
- Preferably with a degree in business administration, engineering, or accountancy.
- MBA degree or pursuing MBA is an advantage.
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 15 years of working experience.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a consulting company engaged in ISO Standards, Cybersecurity, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- At least 5 years of management experience.
C. Competency
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent presentation or storytelling techniques.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Highly analytical and problem-solver.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive, and can handle uncertainty.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable of laws, regulations, frameworks, and standards.
