- Responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational support functions related to securities financing activities, including securities lending, borrowing, and repurchase agreements (repos), while managing the administration team, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing processes to support the efficient execution of financing transactions.
- Oversee administrative support for securities financing transactions, including processing securities lending, borrowing, and repo transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all financing transactions in collaboration with operations and back-office teams.
- Ensure all required documentation for securities financing transactions is completed accurately and is fully compliant with regulatory standards.
- Monitor administrative processes to identify potential operational risks, implementing controls and safeguards to minimize exposure.
- Support client service efforts by ensuring accurate and timely handling of client inquiries related to securities financing transactions.
- Provide regular reports on transaction volumes, process efficiency, and error rates to management and relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in securities administration, finance operations, or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage administrative workflows and transaction processing. Proficient in basic microsoft office, especially MS Excel.
