Job Description
- Responsible in delivering optimum customer service to all policyholders and stakeholders
- Addressing their inquiries, requests and providing resolution on the client’s complaints.
- Also, to contributing business conservation efforts of the group.
- Responsible for giving ideas for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of Client Resolutions Unit with the supervision of Client Resolutions Specialist and Head:
Minimum Qualifications
- Any related experience in client servicing
- Excellent communication, both written and oral
- Proficient in computer skill
- Great active listening skill with empathetic attitude
- Knowledge in customer service practices and principles
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Flexible and team player
- Willing to work during weekends and shifting schedule
