Marketing Officer  

• Marketing Officer is responsible in preparing, planning and managing all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
• The aim is to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.
• Responsible in creating a high- level of marketing plans to guide the company's general marketing focus and its strategies.
• Develop brand image for new products that have never been on the market before.
• Work with product development department to create and identify new business and expand market share.
• Work with Sales and Product management team to focus on research and market trends.
• Determine what the market needs and wants and how to fill the demands.
• Create a smart and innovative marketing campaigns
• Perform customer research by implementing surveys and hosting focus group discussion.
• Analyze sales performance , advertising activities of the company as well as the competitors.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience (Marketing Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
• Highly Analytical
• Highly Organized and w/ Effective Project Management Skills
• Above average communication skills
• Has leadership skills, initiative, and a strong sense of work ethics
• Preferably knows how to drive.
• Amenable to alternately work in Alabang and Pasig.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
