Job Title: Recruiter – BPO Talent Acquisition

Location: Remote / Metro Manila, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service and technical support roles, ensuring a high standard of quality and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking at industry events.
  • Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local job boards, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to establish a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process, track performance, and report on recruitment activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Experience for Recruiter:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO or technology industry.
  • Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring for customer service, technical support, and other related roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail.
  • This set of qualifications and experience ensures that the recruiter is well-equipped to handle the demands of sourcing top talent for Use Mayle.

Qualifications:

  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred:

  • BPO Experience: Prior experience recruiting in the BPO industry, with a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the talent market in Metro Manila and other key BPO hubs in the Philippines.
