Job Title: Recruiter – BPO Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote / Metro Manila, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service and technical support roles, ensuring a high standard of quality and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking at industry events.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local job boards, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions to establish a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process, track performance, and report on recruitment activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Experience for Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the BPO or technology industry.
- Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring for customer service, technical support, and other related roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases to manage candidate pipelines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability and attention to detail.

- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred:
- BPO Experience: Prior experience recruiting in the BPO industry, with a strong network of potential candidates.
- Regional Expertise: Familiarity with the talent market in Metro Manila and other key BPO hubs in the Philippines.
