Job Description
- Answer quickly and effectively high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails
- Filter inbound leads in accordance with our product features and packages
- Have knowledge of the product and perform in adherence to departmental KPIs
- Collate and maintain organized information and keep track of leads databases
- Create a clear daily schedule of departmental meetings
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and support other departments
Minimum Qualifications

- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for helping small and local businesses
- An ability to build rapport with local food business staff and owners
