- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business strategy
- Supervise the hiring process from recruiting, qualifying, interviewing, hiring, to onboarding
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Maintain company directory and other organizational records
