Cold caller  

Are you an experienced cold caller with a proven track record in high-volume, outbound calls? We are seeking professionals with at least 2 years of experience making 200+ cold calls per day in real estate. This is a high-rejection environment, so discipline and persistence are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make between 200-250 cold calls per day targeting potential leads in the real estate market.
• Handle high rejection rates with professionalism and a disciplined approach.
• Follow the sales process diligently to identify, qualify, and close potential deals.
• Use CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and document call outcomes.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Previous experience in a calling center ( non negotiable)
• Discipline in following the daily quotas
• Searching daily improvement

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, specifically in making at least 200 outbound calls daily.
• Proven success in cold calling within the real estate industry is a must.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated through repeated "No's."
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Compensation:

• This position is 100% commission-based. You will be compensated only on closed sales.
• $75 per closed sale: Experienced candidates can expect to make 2 to 3 sales per week, depending on performance.
• $100 bonus after achieving 8 closed sales in the first month.
