Job Description
Company Westco Electrical and Equpiment Corp
Location Kalayaan Avenue Quezon City
Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30, On-Site
The Sales Admin Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Coordination
- Coordinate with sales and various departments for an end to end transactions
- Update and coordinate activities of sales personnel and projects
- Organize, collate bidding documents
- Forward inquiries
- Assist sales team with processes
Reports
- Monitor performance of sales representatives
- Monitor sales target
- Monitor sales performance of products
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in record management
- Experience in sales management
- Experience in document biddings
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience in bidding documents
- Experience in costing
