Purchasing Assistant  

William Brothers Manila is seeking a diligent and organized Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in purchasing materials and services necessary for our construction projects. This role involves maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and monitoring inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand material requirements.
• Assist in preparing purchase reports and forecasts.
• Resolve any issues related to procurement and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
