Job Description
- Support our medical team and patient support staff to deliver timely and accurate information to both patient and referring medical professionals
- Liaise with various pathology laboratories and pharmacies
- Coordinate and manage a wide range of documentation needs including receipts, prescriptions, test results, referrals, letters, and other administrative forms with internal staff, pathology labs, and pharmacies
- Calendar Management
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare/BPO setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solver and solution driven
- Proactive approach, self-starter that shows initiative
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and easily adapts to learning new systems
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and has high attention to details
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Can work independently and with a team
- Has a high level of professionalism and customer-orientation
- Strong sense of confidentiality and ethical behaviour
- Knowledge and background in the healthcare industry is an advantage
