- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the retail or merchandising industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Thorough understanding of order processing, inventory management, and customer service best practices
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;

- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Assist the sales team in managing customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up
- Coordinate with the logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns
